My Dream House Essay Example for Free

My woolgather House EssayGood laternoon everyone. Does anybody prevail their own ambition house? Well, I have. Nowadays, well-nigh people have their own houses. The house I want to be my won would pull ahead me whole step comfortable with a big hall, my own bedroom and a front garden that is full of flowers. My dream houses interior design will be carefully planned. I would kindred to have a spacious hall since it is the first place visitors will see as they come in through the front door. There would be unique art designed posters on the wall. On the left-hand(a) hand side of the hall at that place would be a glass cupboard with my collection of diamonds in it and on the right hand side of the hall there would be my photos during my childhood. At the end of the hall, there would be a staircase leading upstairs. One the next floor, there would be my own bedroom. My bedroom would reflect my inner world and privacy so it would be painted sporting purple. My view is that light purple is the colour that represents my feelings of harmony and peace. I can say that the interior design of my house is like my spiritual world so Id decorate it in such a counselling that all the rooms will be painted in different colours would symbolize my align feelings. Light pink would make me feel adroit and light blue would make me remember happy memories. An air-conditioned television room would be next to my bedroom. In the television room, there would be a big and soft sofa so that I can watch television comfortably after my activities. The outer design of my dream house should be attractive. I desire to have a royal front garden outside my house. The front garden should be full of flowers and fruit trees. I would deeds orchids and roses. When I am in a bad mood or when I am barbarian of something, my anger will be lessen after looking at those beautiful flowers and smelling their fragrance. pop that we spend our life is very significant because our moods are af fected by the design and the location. If we live in a place filled with noise and air pollution, our feelings would become negative. Staying in my dream house would make me live with peace of mind. Thank you.

The Santa Clara University ethics committee stated Essay Example for Free

The Santa Clara University ethics committee stated Essayhe function of morals in club is to a greater extent or less to distinguish between what is beaver for society as a whole, generally speaking, the way for the most people to be happy. Drugs in society argon looked down upon, though widely used through out(p) civilization. More importantly, drugs argon given a negative outlook especially when they put other innocent lives in danger. Drugs in the workplace develop hazard upon hazard no matter what the job may be, however, people cod the right to do whatever they want on their own free time, as bulky as it does not attain harm to others. This is where a moral dilemma is developed. Are the rights of others to feature a safe working surround greater than the right to privacy? The morality of drug-testing is more than just a matter of drug-abuse in the workplace, as it presses the issue of an employees basic right to privacy as well as an employers right to getting the most out of each of their employees. Employers receive the right to getting the most out of each role player and employees have the duty to protect society from any harm, financial, physical, or emotional. Therefore if employees must take drug tests to canvass their ability, than drug testing should be morally and ethically acceptable. The 4th amendment guarantees citizens the right to privacy as long as what they do in their private lives does not harm other people. It has been argued time and time once more that drug testing steals this right from people, and maybe in some ways it does. People do have the right to treat themselves how they want, and also have the right to approve life however they choose to enjoy it.As long as these measures go to an extent at which they violate no moral or ethical codes, privacy is surely acceptable. The idea of drugs enter the workplace is a threat to not whole the user, but also employers themselves, the co-workers around them, and the innoce nt citizens of society. Employers give opportunity to employees. This is called the Employment at Will principle. Employers drive based on who will make their business run on all cylinders, at the outmatch possible production rate. The more productive the business, the more financially secure the business may become. So when an employee is not pulling his or her weight, the company must fix the problem or release the worker in order to find someone better prepared for the criteria the job entails. It is pure common mind that doing anything while low the influence of drugs or intoxicant that the production is significantly diminished. The Santa Clara University Ethics Committee stated, Employers have a moral right to a fair days work in exchange for a fair days pay (SCU 1998).They claim that employers have the right to inquire into anything that seriously interferes with an employee rendering a fair days work (SCU 1998). Drugs and alcohol on the workplace only hurt the employer. That means the opportunity they took with the user failed them and that their business is not running as solid and smoothly as it should. Even more reason for employers to be pro-drug testing is some startling facts concerning drugs at work. First and foremost, the fact that approximately cardinal percent of young adults admit to having used drugs in the past year. These are all people entering the workforce. With this statistic in mind, it is only common sense for employers to fear that they are not getting the most out of each of their employees. If nearly one in every two workers is not performing the way they ought to be, wherefore the business is probably not producing as well as it could be. The second figure that brings about study consideration is that drug and alcohol abuse cost employers nearly $100 billion in lost productivity per year. The number itself hurts the credibility of any worker, but more importantly, forces the employer to believe that their business may glow into that lost $100 billion somewhere. Why should an employer fear losing a great deal of money because their employees, who are given the opportunity to work and make money, are coming to work under the influence of drugs and alcohol? Philosopher Hugh LaFollette stated, Employers can make extensive demands on their employees, simply because it is their pleasure. The employer is giving the employee a chance to make a living. If the employee wants to retain a job, they need to show respect to their employer by not working while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The employer owns the business therefore the employer sets the standards. Society as a whole is expected morally to protect each of their citizens, and if drugs are being brought into the workplace, a major moral dilemma is brought to attention. It is a fact that drugs and alcohol, while used on the job, can only cause harm. One survey reported that employees who are drug users have three times the accident rate as non-users.

Ethical Use of Tecnology in a Mordern Society Essay Example for Free

Ethical Use of Tecnology in a Mordern Society attemptAs a result, there argon more opportunities than ever for millions of individuals to engage with information technology in an unethical manner. This is why it is essential for the education systems and businesses to address the ethical concerns of information technology usage and to reveal a practical code of ethics to prevent, or at least mitigate ,ethical dilemmas and infractions. In straight offs organizations, ethical challenges relate to areas like fraud, right to privacy for consumers, social responsibility, and trade restrictions. For Information applied science (IT) specifically, these can translate to considerations on how technology is used to violate peoples privacy, how automation leads to handicraft reductions, or how management information and its corresponding systems are used and abused for personal gain. I n the last 25 years, we have seen an overwhelming technology infusion affecting business, education, and cabaret. Virtually all areas of our society have been transformed by the usage of technology. The change is important from an ethical perspective in equipment casualty of whose Information Technology (IT) workers are today and what their tasks are.In the 1980s, IT workers were mainly limited to technical fields, such as programming, data processing, server administration, and phone services. Today, IT workers are integrated into every department of organizations, they function globally, and they have bother to a wealth of knowledge and information (Payne Landry, 2006). With the power and skills to access such large amounts of data comes with the posit for ethical employees. The computer Professionals for Social Responsibility (CSPR) web site provides us food for thought when they dry land Technology is driving the future, the steering is up to us. nd we need every hand at the wheel (Computer Professionals For Social Responsibility, 2007). So how do we prepare for taking the wheel as an individual workings with Information Technology (IT) or Information Systems (IS)? A broader view of social responsibility is coming into guidance it is one that incorporates some real Information Technology (IT) flash points. Issues that have long been concerns of corporate technology managers, including security, privacy, and intellectual property, are increasingly understood as matters of ethics and good citizenship. This perspective is far from universal. The explore of CIO (Chief Information Officer), a leading information technology trade journal, shows that while IT managers are very aware(p) of the larger effect of technology on peoples lives, nearly half those surveyed say IT pros are non very concerned about it (Cones, 2008). This more global understanding of technologys coercive role in society is not new. Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility, an organization which deals with related issues, was founded in 1983. more has been written on techno logys impact on the way we live and work, including musings on the chaste aspects of a wired society. But the sense that these issues encompass the day-to-day operations of corporate IT appears to be gaining popularity. fit in to Donald Amoroso, chair of the computer science and information systems department at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, it is a patch up of the maturing of information technology. As the job becomes less about the technology itself and more about the information Age, the exposition of responsible corporate citizenship changes too.Social responsibility has to do with being a good person in different parts of the community, Amoroso says. It determines how you will function and do your job in a societal sense, not just as part of the community you do philanthropy with (Cone, 2008). At the 2007 conference of the Information

Descriptive Beach Essay Example for Free

Descriptive B separately EssayThe smell of the salt when deprived of water, a sponge becomes hard and brittle. It can shrivel up like wilted flowers, lifeless. Water relaxes sponges as they gorge up and make them ticklish and supple. But at times, its hard for me to be in compulsion of something to fill me up and restore my deadened senses, too, if you will, water me. The ocean satiates my senses and rejuvenates my spirit within me. Im awakening from my trance and imposed upon the insensibility of the world. For me, the ocean has always been my escape with new beginnings and a defacement new adventure. The vast ocean is filled with tides that come and go and waves that break in different part of the ocean. It was like the water was dancing or showing a fit of anger daring a person to look on. The ripples of the bubbles remind me of a bubble bath. Even the warmth of the sun gives off the humour of summer festivities after a long and frigid winter. Its a calming get internati onal from the dialect and pressure of everyday life. The sounds of the waves coming from the massive deep blue sea washes up on the shores or crashing up against the sharp jagged rocks of the coast line are soothing.Something about the rhythmic timing of each wave is a relaxing sensation that can almost put you into a deep sleep. Although it may sound extremely annoying to some individuals, I completely enjoy the sound. And the sound of the slight zephyr rustling through the palm trees is calming to the ears. Though there are many tastes and smells present at the beach. There is something about the smell of the salty sea that makes you wish that summer was endless. You can almost taste the scent of the flowers as the sent blows towards you with the wind. Or the sensation of lying on the hot but soft moxie that melts away any stress. The bright suns warm ray instantly puts you in a gratifying mood. And as a bonus it is an opportunity to get a nice unsung tan. Also the slight cri sp breeze that comes off the ocean keeps your body at the most double-dyed(a) temperature. But if the sun provides a bit too much heat for you and the wind just doesnt cut it, you can always cool shoot down down with a dip in the fresh cool waters of the ocean. Many of the mesmerizing sights are quite peaceful and just by lying down and looking at the bright blue sky seeing a wide variety of clouds is enjoyable. reflection the clouds move across the immense sky as it changes size and shape.Wave after wave consistently reaching the shore and dissipate never gets old. And watching the waves come to sandy shore and wipe away the foot prints just like the thoughts in your mind. The warm air and the never ending cool waters of the ocean all of which are peaceful. Walking down the beach on soft white sand like snow in the winter makes you feel care free. The stress and pressure are taken away by the crisp breeze and the warm sand in-between your toes. That careless feeling makes you call for summer to be endless and just enjoyable to your life and memories.

Basic Needs Shanks Old Boss Failed to Meet Essay Example for Free

Basic Needs Shanks Old Boss Failed to Meet EssayAccording to Maslows hierarchy, which prefatorial needs did Shanks old boss fail to play? Explain why the needs have not been met. What could be d integrity to meet these missing needs? The basic needs which Shanks old boss failed to meet are as follows The need for self-actualization the desire to become more and more what one is and to become everything that one is capable of becoming. People who have everything can maximize their potential. They can attaink knowledge, peace, esthetic experiences, self-fulfillment, oneness with God, etc. Emily Griffin from Flight 001 stated the ollowing So its not that its better than nothing, but they do still grapple the contribution, even if Im not quite getting it right. This negative statement tells me that the self-actualization is a missing component at heart this company. She is completing a project estimable to get it accepted and not maximizing her potential and her highest tak e aim of functioning. Emily should be able to move through the needs to the highest level provided they are given an education that promotes growth. determination the Expectancy Theory and/or the Equity Theory of motivation to explain how feeling nderpaid might tint the hunt of a Flight 001 associate and what a manager can do to increase the employees motivation. A Flight 001 associate that feels underpaid may form perceptions of what constitutes a fair ratio (a balance or trade) of inputs and outputs by comparing our own situation with other referents (reference points or examples) in the market place as we see it.In practice this helps to explain why people are so strongly affected by the situations (and views and gossip) of colleagues, friends, partners etc. in establishing their own personal gumption of uprightness or equity in their work situations. People need to feel that there is a fair balance between inputs and outputs. Crucially fairness is measured by comparing ones o wn balance or ratio between inputs and outputs, with the ratio enjoyed or endured by relevant (referent) others. If there is not a fair balance employees feel demotivated.Generally the design of demotivation is proportional to the perceived disparity with other people or inequity, but for some people Just the smallest indication of negative isparity between their situation and other peoples is enough to cause massive disappointment and a feeling of considerable injustice, resulting in demotivation, or worse, open hostility. Some people reduce effort and action and become inwardly disgruntled, or outwardly difficult, recalcitrant or even disruptive. Other people look for to improve the outputs by making claims or demands for more reward, or seeking an alternative Job.A director can increase employee motivation with financial rewards pay, salary, expenses, perks, benefits, pension arrangements, onus and commission plus intangibles recognition, reputation, praise and thanks, int erest, responsibility, stimulus, travel, training, development, sense of achievement and advancement, promotion, etc. Managers need to understand the Equity Theory and especially its pivotal comparative candidate to be able to appreciate and improve one persons terms and conditions to resolve that individuals demands.Equity Theory reminds us that people see themselves and crucially the way they are treated so they must be managed and treated accordingly. Based on Herzberg does Two Factor Theory, what hygiene factors can you identify that are being met at bottom Flight 001 s work environment based on comments made by employees in the pictorial matter? How are they being met? Is Flight 001 s work environment meeting any motivation factors? If so, which ones and how?The hygiene factor that are being met within Flight 001 s work environment are as follows Working conditions, Company Policies and Interpersonal relations. Flight 001 has great working conditions for their employees and they pay attention to detail as far as letting their employees know that they are ot Just a number but as important as the any other employee where they are at a higher level of perplexity and this also creates interpersonal relations between all employees and making them feel as adequate as the next.Due to the new baggage policy and charges customers want to bring more carryon luggage on the plane. The employees were certain and trained on how to react to this new policy in a positive manor to remunerate the customer. Beamforming Algorithm for Adaptive or Smart Antenna

Beamforming Algorithm for setational or briskness advance*Satgur Singh, **Er. Mandeep kaurAbstractThe Demand of Mobile Communication systems is change magnitude day by day. New concepts and manners atomic number 18 necessary which required the need for new Technologies to satisfy the demand of this world of network. Smart Antenna system is one of those, which reduces the co-channel disturbance and maximize the user capacity of communication system, By determine and locating the air of the approach on the mobile or the target thus decreasing interference to other users. The Main purpose of smart aerial system is the selection of smart algorithms for adaptational line up. By victimization beam forming algorithms the encumbrance of antenna represents give the sack be adjusted to form certain core of adaptive beam to track corresponding users automatically and to minimize interference arising from other users by introducing nulls in their directions. Thus interferences jakes be suppressed and the desired signals shtup be extracted. M some(prenominal) algorithms are introduced ascribable to advancement in technology. Every algorithms has different overlap characteristics and complexity of algorithm, according to our need we use peculiar(prenominal) algorithm in communication system. Keywords Smart Antenna, LMS ( least(prenominal) mean square), RLS (Recursive least square), NLMS (Normalized Least Mean settle), Sample intercellular substance Inversion (SMI), Constant Modulus Algorithm (CMA), VSSNLMS (Variable quantity coat NLMS).I. INTRODUCTIONConventional base station antennas in existing communication systems are either Omni directional or sectorised. There is waste of resources since the majority of familial signal strength radiates in directions other than the desired user directions and signal power radiated through the cellular telephone area will be interference by any other user than the desired one. manoeuvre power radiated through out the cell area will incr tranquillity interference and reduce SNR. Although sector antenna decreases the interference by dividing entire cell into sector, But some levels of interface still exist. To overcome the above problem of the communication system the Smart antenna introduced. Smart Antenna system combines an antenna grade with a digital signal-processing capability to transmit and receive in an adaptive manner. Such a physique technically enhances the capacity of a radio receiver link through a combination of diversity gain, army gain and interference reduction. Increased capacity translates to higher data rates for a attached issue forth of users or more users for a given data rate per user.In other manner, the system which can automatically change the directionality of its radiation patterns in response to its signal environment. By this manner, increase the effect characteristics (such as capacity) of a wireless system. All elements of theFig 1 Block Diagram of S mart Antenna Systemadaptive antenna array have to be combined in order to adapt to the current channel and user. A Smart antenna is therefore a phased or adaptive array that adjusts to the environment that is, for the adaptive array, the beam pattern changes as the desired user and the interference move and for the phased array the beam is steered or different beams is selected as the desired user moves. This weight adaptation is the smart furcate of the smart antenna system. It is possible to investigate a wide range of beam forming algorithms without the need to dispose the system hardware for every algorithm. For this, now we are focusing on improving the motion of the beam forming algorithms rather than on designing new hardware, which is very expensive and time consumption. There are umpteen a(prenominal) algorithms for beamforming concept ,Every algorithm has its own merits and demerits ,according to our need we use that algorithm which satisfies our need, which are given below-II) BEAMFORMING TECHNIQUES-A) Least Mean Square AlgorithmThis algorithm was first developed by Widrow and Hoff in 1960. Shahera HOSSAIN et al.(2008) proposed that LMS is a incline based technique where in a quadratic performance surface is assumed. The performance surface that is court function can be established by finding the Mean Square Error (MSE). The terms function is a quadratic function of the weight vector w. The stripped of the performance surface is r to each oneed when the MSE tends to its minimum value this is made possible by finding out the gradient of MSE with respect to weight vectors equating it to zero. The Weights of adaptive antenna are adjusted in the negative direction of the gradient to minimize the error. In LMS, the weights are modifyd using,w(k+1) = w(k)+ e*(k)x(k)whereas e(k) =d(k) wH (k)x(k)=Step size that determines the speed of suffernce of LMS algorithm. The weights here will be computed using LMS algorithm based on Minimum Squared Er ror (MSE).y(n)=wH (n)x(n)e(n) =d(n) y(n)w (k+1) = w(k)+ e*(k)x(k)step size is a positive real-valued eternal which biddings the size of the incremental correction utilize to the weight vector as we proceed from one iteration cycle to the next. The performance of the algorithm depends on the step size parameter, which controls the convergence speed. The LMS algorithm is initiated with an arbitrary value W(0) for the weight vector at n= 1, 6, 23, 25.For the weight vector is seen to converge and stay stable for0maxWhereas max is the maximum eigen value of the matrix R.The Response of the LMS algorithm is determined by three principal factors step-size parameter, number of weights, and Eigen value of the correlation matrix of the input data vector. The LMS Algorithm has many drawbacks which are solved by other algorithm.B) Sample Matrix Inversion (SMI) AlgorithmT.B. LAVATE et al.(2010) 5proposed that LMS algorithm is speechless in convergence not suitable for mobile communication this drawback of LMS is eliminated by sample matrix sexual inversion (SMI) method. The sample matrix is a time average estimate of the array co-relation matrix using K time samples. If the random process is ergodic in the co-relation the time average estimate will represent the actual co-relation matrix .If we use a K- continuance englut of data we define the matrix Xk(k) as the kth block of x vectors ranging over K data snapshots, the time average estimate of array co-relation matrix is,R=XK(k) XKH (k)/KAnd the time average estimate of the co-relation vector is,r= d*(k) XK(k)/KThe SMI weights for kth block of length K asWSMI = R-1rWSMI = XK(k) XKH H (k)-1 d*(k) XK(k)From equation (4) it is seen that the weights of the antenna array will be updated for each incoming block of data.C) NLMS (Normalized Least Mean Square) AlgoritmShahera HOSSAIN et al.(2008)4 proposed ,the Normalized least-mean-square (NLMS) algorithm, which is also known as the projection algorithm, is a utili zable method for adapting the coefficients of a finite-impulse response (FIR) filter for a number of signal processing and control applications. It can hang in over a wide range of step-sizes. Theoretically, LMS method is the most basic method for calculate the weight vectors. However, in practice, an improved LMS method, the Normalized-LMS (NLMS) is used to achieve stable calculation and sudden convergence. The NLMS algorithm can be formulated as a natural modification of the LMS algorithm based on stochastic gradient algorithmGradient noise amplification problem occurs in the standard form of LMS algorithm. This is because the growth vector xne*nin Equation (11) at iteration, n applied to the weight vector wnis directly proportional to the input vector xn. This can be solved by normalized the product vector at iterationn 1 with the square Euclidean norm of the input vector xnat iteration n. The final examination weight vector can be updated by,W(n+1)= w(n)+ /x(n)2.x(n) e*(n)W here the NLMS algorithm reduces the step size to make the full-grown changes in the update weight vectors. This prevents the update weight vectors from diverging and makes the algorithm more stable and faster converging than when a fixed step size is used. Equation ( ) represents the normalized version of LMS (NLMS), because step size is shared out by the norm of the input signal to avoid gradient noise amplification due to x(n) sometimes x(k) which is the Input signal becomes very small which may cause W(K + 1) to be unbounded. However, to avoid this situation which is a invariant value is added to the denominator which made the NLMS algorithm be described asW(n+1)= w(n)+ / + x(n)2.x(n) e*(n)we can think that NLMS has a better performance than LMS algorithm.D) Constant Modulus AlgorithmSusmita Das 8proposed that the configuration of CMA adaptive beamforming is the same as that of the Sample Matrix Inversion system except that it requires no reference signal. It is a gradient- based algorithm that whole kit and caboodle on the theory that the existence of interference causes changes in the amplitude of the transmitted signal, which otherwise has a constant envelope (modulus). The minimum shift key (MSK) signal, for example,is a signal that has the property of a constant modulus .The weight is updated by the equationW(n+1)=W(n)+ x(n)e(n)*where is the step-size parameter(n) is the input vector,ande(n)=y(n)(R2-Y(n)2 where R2=E.X(n)4/X(n)2 .D) RLS ALGORITHMIn Recursive least square (RLS) algorithm, the weights are updated by the following equation.W(n)=W(n 1)+K(n)* (n) n=1,2,Where, K(n) is referred to as the gain vector and (n) is a priori estimation error which is given by the equation (n)=d(n)-w(n-1)x(n)The RLS algorithm does not require any matrix inversion computations as the antonym correlation matrix is computed directly. It requires reference signal and correlation matrix information.E) VSSNLMS(Variable step size NLMS) AlgorithmAli Hakam et al.(201 4) proposed that the primary(prenominal) aim of the developed Variable Step Size (VSS) NLMS algorithm is to replace the fixed step size that is used in NLMS by a covariant one. This is to avoid a trade-off issue mingled with convergence rate and steady-state MSE. In this algorithm a large step size is used in the initial stages to speed the rate of convergence and a smaller step size is used cuddle to the steady state of the Mean Square Error (MSE) to obtain an optimum value. To achieve this, is multiplied by P(k) which is randomly chosen from the uniform distribution 0 1and each time of the N iteration times. Then to control the variable step value, it is multiplied by a curve function that isas follows(k) = (6/N)2(K-(N/6)2+0.001 1kN/6.001 N/6Where N is the input signal number.By Multiplying equation (9) by the random numbers P(k) and the normalized step sizeparameter , the variable step size develops to(K) = P(K) (K) Substituting the variable step size (10) to the conventio nal fixed step size NLMS algorithm (8), the proposed algorithm is shown asW(k+1)=W(K)+(K)e(K)x(k)/+ x(K) evadeCOMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENT ALGORITHMSLMSEasily mechanismed method for on-line estimation of time-varying system parameters. The performance of the algorithm depends on the step size parameter, which controls the convergence speed and the variation of the learning curve. The LMS algorithm do not involve any matrix operations.LMS algorithm is least demanding in computational complexity.Simplicity and ease of computationIt does not require off-line gradientestimations or repetition of data. The rate of convergence is irksome for a small value of but this gives a good estimationof the gradient vector since a large amount of data istaken into account. The algorithm requires knowledgeof the transmitted signal sending periodically some known pilot sequences that is known to the receiverRLSIt requires reference signal and correlation matrix learningThe RLSalgorithm also conve rges much more quickly than the LMSalgorithmRLS algorithm does not require any matrix inversioncomputations as the inverse correlation matrix is computeddirectlythecomputationalcomplexityhasbeen increased.CMA industrial plant on the theory that the existence ofinterference causes changes in the amplitude of thetransmitted signal, which otherwise has a constant envelope(modulus) public-service corporation of CMA when channel conditions are rapidly changing.disadvantage of the CMA is slow convergencetime. The slow converges limits the usefulness of thealgorithm inthe dynamicenvironmentNLMSknown as the projectionalgorithm, is a useful method for adapting thecoefficients of a finite-impulse response (FIR) filter fora number of signal processing and control applications. It can persist over a wide range of step-sizes.Normalized LMS(NLMS) is used to achieve stable calculation and faster convergence.prevents the update weight vectors from divergingand makes the algorithm more stable and fas terconverging than when a fixed step size is used.NLMS algorithmrequires a minimum of one additional multiply, divide, and addition over the LMS algorithm to implement forshift input data.IV) APPLICATIONSUse of adaptive antenna in existing systems will reduce power consumption and interference while enhancing spectral density in wireless system which is the need of wireless communication systems.V) CONCLUSIONSmart Antenna systems are antennas with intelligence and the radiation pattern can be varied without any mechanically changed. The principle reason for the growing interest in smart antenna systems is the capacity increase and low power consumption. Smart antennas will increase the SIR by simultaneously increasing the useful received signal level and lowering the interference level.VI) REFERENCES1 Ali Hakam, Raed Shubair, Shihab Jimaa, and Ehab Salahat,Robust Interference Suppression Using a New LMS Based adaptative Beamforming Algorithm in 17th IEEE Mediterranean Electrotechni cal gathering,Beirut,Lebanon,13-16 April 2014.2 H.
